Montica is a full sister to CC My April Sensation. She is a Bay and white Tobiano filly with extra big expressive dark eyes and tons of show ring attitude not to mention the quality and desire of the Champion she is bred to be. This filly is going to knock the socks of her competition. Montica has numerous crosses to CH Wing Commander, 2 crosses to Poor Pitiful Pearl (dam of 5 gaited mare CH Wild Pearl, Start Up The Band, and several HHP horses in a 6 generation pedigree. She also has crosses to Rose's Masterpiec out of CH Roses are Red, Vanity's Sensation of Crebilly(2), Mr. Magic Man, Champagne Fizz through his dam Commanders Elegance (dam of Concubine (BHF) and full sister to Champagne Fizz), CH Rick Rack, CH The Carnival Queen and more. There are also 2 crosses to Hot August Nite who is by Mark Hall Supreme (by CH Valley View Supreme) out of Daliaha's Desdemona Denmark by Fountain of Youth (sire of Chubasco and Key Largo) out of a Miss Lucky McDonald (dam of My Fantasia dam of Monaco) and 3 crosses to CH Valley View Supreme.

For those who like the show horse Doctor Zhivago, this mare should get your attention. Her sire Spotz Sensation is a half brother by sire to Doctor Zhivago (as well as many other outstanding show horses and producers of show horses) and Sensations dam is the maternal granddam of Doctor Zhivago. Montica's dam is a paternal half sister to Doctor Zhivago's dam Tropical Rose. Tropical Rose is out of Tropical Flower (Shamu by CH Buck Rogers x Aurora Lites by Chubasco). Tropical Flower is also the dam of Like Pennies from Heaven (also by sire a half sister to Black Knight on Broadway sire of The Knights Reflection) who is for sale and the dam of our two Spotz Sensation daughters (both Homozygous Tobiano and no blue eyes) and our newest filly by a CH Harvest Commander by CH Sky Watch son. This newest addition is a 50/50 dark palomino tobiano. Montica is open this year and will look at breeding in 2011.
